Bright, clean, and bone dry. Produced with high acid cider varietals and harvested in 2024 from partner orchards in Idaho and Oregon. Finished with the Charmat winemaking method produces fine bubbles and a lively effervescence. The label nods to the high mountain desert environment where Dry Cut thrives.
